Good day, for everyone that is emailing or posting on here, the plan is to send out an email to everyone who has ordered from us explaining exactly what is going on with their orders. I believe this email will also provide those who have ordered via credit card an option to dispute their purchases. For those who that option is not available for, they will be afforded another option. We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding during this difficult time and hope that if not all, then most of you are on our discord channel following along. Updates are made on there almost instantly.

Update 2022.03.16

Good day everyone, I hope this message finds you all in the best of health and spirits. I want to start off by thanking everyone for your vote of support, your kind comments have not gone unnoticed. For everyone that sent a DM regarding emails required, I hope that you have all received your respective emails and are content. Quick update regarding the 300 units that were stuck in customs, it brings me great pleasure to say that all items have been cleared and 90% have already arrived at Eshipper the other 10% arrive first thing in the morning. Eshipper will prepare packages for shipping and have advised that best case scenario items will make it out by Friday end of work day and worst case scenario first thing Monday morning. I realize this may not be what people may want to hear, but this is progress nonetheless. Now for the update I’m sure everyone has been waiting for, the bank. I’m not sure who did what, or what kind of strings YOU guys were able to pull but the paperwork from our lawyers are now in the possession of the bank and will be prepared for signing. That being said, they weren’t able to provide me with exact dates but I believe it is a day best case scenario and by Monday worst case scenario, my personal belief is it will also be before Friday end of day, but please guys don’t shoot the messenger if it’s not. I would rather under promise than overpromise. This means that there is some progress, slowly but surely we will get there, and hopefully swiftly. That is all for now, I will be sending out regular announcements as I receive the updates, as soon as I know you will know. Good day everyone, I want to start off by thanking everyone for their patience and understanding through this weird and difficult time. Over the past 24 hours I’ve made many promises to many people. I was hoping that we would have a better understanding as to the 300 units that were held up at customs. I gave a timeline of 24 hours for that. I also advised that I was hoping to know further about the bank issue by the end of the week. I am happy to share that the items held at DHL are now cleared and on their way to Eshipper to be shipped out to their final destinations. Eshipper has been instructed and advised that they are making this a priority so should be out of their possession within 48 hours max. Thus being enroute to final destination before the end of the week. Update with the bank, not sure what you guys did, but I applaud you all as a community if you reached out to our CEO. He is now willing to attend the bank for signing purposes which would effectively solve the issue and prompt the bank to unfreeze the account. The bank has advised that following this process the funds would be released no longer that 7 days, but probably much sooner. I don’t want to overpromise and would much rather under promise if that makes sense. Next step is to confirm the signing time at the bank, actually attending, clearing up the freeze and then can come back and update you all. Once again I want to thank you all for the patience, understanding and support.
